It started with a simple idea. Show the City Council their ordinances are unenforcable as written, that current policy restricts the freedom of everyone because police failed to address "rowdy behavior" in the past. Even though the city was given advance notice of our plans, they were still unable to follow their laws. (we even printed out and distributed the relevant ordinances. The mayor Dale Pregent seems to have made up rules in order to claim disorderly behavior, thereby targeting our free speech and having us arrested for refusing consent to a search.
