Keene, NH Liberty activist Rich Paul was arrested by police for using cannabis. After taking him from the scene, the crowd moves to the police station where they enter a restricted area to sit in a circle and pass a joint around. Shane Maxfield, Police Lieutenant, came out to speak with the crowd and answer questions. This happened on September 26, 2009.
