Police and EMTs show a 180 degree difference in behavior when FreeKeene videographers are around as opposed to Keene Sentinel videographers. Recording a patient in public, especially if he has given consent, is not a HIPAA violation as court enforcers and county sheriffs want you to believe. They will use any excuse to get you to obey.
